DREAM SURF MOROCCO
TERMS AND CONDITION

Bookings and Reservations:
a. To secure a reservation, the guest must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50€p.p of the total price of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the arrival day.
b. Dream Surf Morocco or Surf Makers Marokko (Company) reserves the right to decline any reservation request or to cancel any confirmed reservation at its sole discretion.
c. The guest must provide accurate and complete information in their reservation request. Any misrepresentation or omission may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
d. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dream Surf Morocco.

Cancellations and Refunds:
a. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, Dream Surf Morocco will retain the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of the booking.
b. No refunds will be given for early checkouts or no-shows.

OUR INSURANCE POLICY:
Everyone booking a surf holiday with Dream Surf Morocco must have full and comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for participation in water sports. Dream Surf Morocco accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property during their stay. Guests must obtain their travel insurance independently.

Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in time is at 3 pm. The guest may access the room earlier if it is available.
b. Check-out time is 11 am. The guest may check out later if specifically told so by a member of staff.
c. Late check-out or early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
d. The guest is not entitled to a specific room unless we have confirmed the provision of such via email. The guest will be allocated a room type as per the request and quote.

RENTAl BOARDS & WETSUITS :
a. Any dinged rental boards will have to be fixed at the expense of the guest renting
b. Lost boards or wetsuits will result in a fee to cover the value of the board or wetsuit lost
c. The cost of repair will be assessed by the local shaper and may be from 20€ up to the cost of the board if the ding is non-fixable

Property Damage and Loss:
a. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to Dream Surf Morocco’s property or its contents during their stay. The guest must report any damage to Dream Surf Morocco immediately.
b. Dream Surf Morocco reserves the right to charge the guest for any damage caused to its property or its contents.
c. Dream Surf Morocco is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

SURF GUIDING:
The surf guides are qualified instructors. They will take you to surf spots and suggest where to surf, surf guides are not in any way responsible for clients’ safety or any harm suffered whilst surfing.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Dream Surf Morocco guarantees you that your personal information will be stored and used for Dream Surf Morocco purposes only. We will not share or give it to any third party.

Traveling:
a. We are not responsible for any traveling documents you may require to enter the country
b. Travel insurance is at your own expense and it is not included in the package

Behavior and Conduct:
a. The guest is expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay.
b. Dream Surf Morocco reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior, without refund.
c. Dream Surf Morocco is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a guest’s inappropriate behavior.

Miscellaneous:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the guest and Dream Surf Morocco and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking a surf trip with Dream Surf Morocco, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
